Q: Who is this challenge for?
The challenge is for people looking to develop long-lasting, practices that drive long-term gains.

We are in an age where 30-Day Quick-Fixes are the norm, and something our clients and members actively seek out because they have been conditioned to believe that this is what works, and this is what will work for them. We know, however, that this is simply not the case, and that there is so much value in building & developing healthy habits in order to bring about long-lasting health benefits. The Hands On Nutrition Challenge starts the process of developing the habits that will help achieve long-lasting, sustainable results in a way that also dives into the WHY behind the process and actions we take to get us there.

Q: What is the difference between this challenge and the last one? (Why should I join)
In 2022, we are making Nutrition the priority - we heard you! We are giving MUCH more focus to Nutrition this time.

Hands On Nutrition focuses on controlling intake through a very simple, yet powerful method, using your hand as a tool to measure food.

In addition, Hands On Nutrition dials in your quality of foods by focusing on 4 main areas of nourishment: Veggies & Fruits, Lean Proteins, Carb-Dense Grains, Rice, & Roots, and Healthy Fats.

Points are awarded for adhering to the Hands On method for quantity and quality of food. Each day, you have the opportunity to earn points. It’s not all about the points but the more points you get over the course of 4 weeks...the closer you will get to achieving your goals!

Q: When is the challenge?
January 17th - February 12 . Must attend group Orientation + Weigh In prior

Q: What and when is Orientation + Weigh In?
Hosting an orientation at the beginning of the Challenge to kick it off together is also a great way to foster that sense of camaraderie- a kickoff seminar is a great way to deliver the information that members will be working on throughout the challenge, and ensure there is time for them to digest the information prior to starting!

We will ONLY have 1 Orientation for this challenge Saturday, January 15th at 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM

Q: What if I can’t make the orientation and/or the Weigh In?
By request we will send you an instructional video about how to navigate the challenge you can view at your convenience.

Q: What is the registration fee?
Current Members $65 (Email us to register) and Non-Members $150

Q: How do I keep track of my score?
The Hands On Nutrition Challenge will be scored on the challenge community board which we will have up a couple of weeks before the challenge. We will also track your scores via Google Sheets or You will also be provided with a handout to monitor your own progress during the 4 weeks.

Q: Who will support us and how will they support us?
There will be no teams and the support will come from the gym community and William Savoy who is hosting the event.

Q: What if I haven’t exercised in years and I’m out of shape?
You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape! This program is for all levels of fitness as long as you aren’t afraid of a little hard work. The coach will help you pace yourself in every session, and we will modify for all ability levels.

We don’t follow the “no pain – no gain” mentality. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix, so working smart and making consistent progress is key to your long-term success.

Q: What type of results should I Except?
Common results during a 4-week challenge include:

Q: I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still join the challenge?
Yes! You certainly can! You don’t have to have a lot of weight to lose to participate in this challenge. We all need a jump start and can use the support of a challenge to break through a plateau or just have the extra guidance, accountability, and camaraderie at Savoy Fitness to get to your goals. Also our InBody measures the change in lean mass gain.
