Just like you, they aren’t sure what to do.
Before we dig down the rabbit hole of what types of food I suggest to them, I start by asking them some questions. At SAVOY FITNESS we know that it is far more beneficial to look at more than just food when working with clients.
One of the biggest benefits to working with me is that for most of my clients I am familiar with what their day looks like and what areas we can look at first to determine the source of the hunger.
When you only look at what is on your plate and focus on food alone– that’s when I see my clients fail. Here’s why– Every aspect of life has the potential to affect what’s on our plate (or in our cup). Finding the source is far more important.

We are located at 1350 Main Street, Clarksville IN formerly 1350 Woerner Avenue. Due to the heavy construction happening in the area our address is different but same building, same gym, same Savoy Fitness. More specifically we’re off the 2nd Street Bridge directly across from the YUM Center on the Indiana side. The facility is located right behind Kye’s and next to the Old Colgate Clock.
I like Savoy Fitness because it takes me out of my comfort zone, and makes me better on and off the court. It brings me closer to my teammates in many ways as well. We push each other to work harder everyday. Now that we are doing on court stuff we are realizing how much Savoy Fitness is improving our strength and quickness.
