Let’s be real, most of us wouldn’t mind shedding some weight. The reason behind that goal and the amount is very different for every person.
When setting a weight loss goal it can be tricky to figure out exactly what you are wanting. How do you really determine what weight you want to be at?
Here are three things to avoid taking into account when making that decision:
#1- Your lowest weight possible
#2- Your high school weight
#3- Your fantasy weight
If you aren’t looking into what you are willing to do for that goal and how long you are wanting to maintain it then you may not be making the right choice when it comes to the ideal weight.Take a moment and challenge those thoughts about where you want to be.

How long are you willing to give things up and add things in for that weight?
Meeting a goal is great, but it is important to to think about what happens after. Here are three things you want to prioritize when deciding what your goal will be:

#2- What your weight will look like with sustainable habits
#3- What your weight will look like with realistic habits

On Saturday, January 21st, professional dancer and Savoy Fitness member Eliza Donahue will host her amazing Hip Hop Dance Class at Savoy Fitness.
Eliza will provide step-by-step instructions for each dance routine which is perfect for all beginner fitness levels.
